PRI-SAFETY Electric Vehicle Fire System is special designed for Battery Electric Bus, Electric Truck, Electric Boat, etc. Especially more and more city bus become battery electric bus.
Lithium-ion Battery Fire become a big risk in the daily transportation. In the Battery electric Bus there are several battery to supply power, some battery on the top of bus, some battery at the bottom of bus. Each Battery was packed in separately enclosed pack. The Electric Bus Fire System is with detectors and discharge nozzles in each battery pack. The detectors monitor the temperature and smoke and gas, once detectors detect the battery cause thermal runaway, The System will early warning. The early warning is helpful for people escape , and shutdowns or isolation of faulty battery cells in advance. If the detector detect battery high temperature or catch fire, the solenoid valve of fire bottle and nozzle will be activated to discharge the fire agent into battery pack to extinguish fire or cooling the battery. In generally the water base or FK-5112 agent is very effective to battery fire, quickly extinguishing and cooling.

- The system can activated automatically by detectors through control panel , or manually in emergency.
