Rapid Automatic Detection & Suppression: Utilizes a network of highly sensitive pneumatic thermal detectors and tubing. The system activates automatically within seconds of detecting a fire, ensuring a swift response even in unattended vehicles.

High-Efficiency Dry Chemical Agent: Utilizes a superior ABC Monoammonium Phosphate dry chemical that effectively knocks down flames and prevents re-ignition on Class A, Class B, and Class C fires.

Robust & Corrosion-Resistant Construction: The stainless steel (SUS304) cylinder and components are built to withstand extreme conditions, including vibration, impact, moisture, and corrosive elements found in mining operations.

Working Principle of Auto Model

The detection cable is flexible, it connect to control panel, and detect the temperature anywhere in protected space, once temperature reach 180℃(or 138℃), the detection cable send signal to control panel, and control panel will activate the solenoid valve to open it, the=n pressure will go into the fire agent bottle, and the fire agent was discharged from discharge pipes and nozzles, and activate the fire alarm at the same time, and the control panel will output signal to vehicle controller for shutting off the engine.

The system operates on a reliable detection and nitrogen pressurization principle, ensuring a fully mechanical and instantaneous response.

 

1. Detection:

A network of detection cable is routed throughout the protected areas of the vehicle (e.g., engine bay, hydraulic pump compartment).

2. Activation:

The rupture of the detection cable causes will send signal to control panel and and open the starting cylinder, then open the driving cylinder.

3. Suppression:

The released high-pressure nitrogen immediately forces the dry chemical agent from the main cylinder through a system of distribution pipes and hoses.

The agent is discharged at high velocity through strategically placed discharge nozzles, directly into the heart of the fire.

4. Extinguishment:

The dry chemical agent rapidly smothers the flames and interrupts the chemical chain reaction of the fire.

The system blankets the hazard area, providing a lasting layer of protection against re-ignition.

 

Summary: Heat ruptures the detection cable → Send signal to control panel and open the starting cylinder → open the driving cylinder → Nitrogen expels dry chemical agent → Agent is discharged through nozzles onto the fire → Fire is rapidly suppressed.
