The automatic printing machine automatic fire system consists of a tank cylinder, a solenoid valve with pressure gauge, discharge tube, fire alarm, control panel and thermal detection cord. The tank is filled with dry powder agent, and is filled with an appropriate amount of driving gas nitrogen.

3. Product Working Principle.
The alarm in Printing Machine Automatic Fire Suppression System will start and alarm when the temperature sensor of thermal cord detects that the ambient temperature is 100℃. The Printing Machine Automatic Fire Suppression System will be actived and discharge extinguishing agent at 140℃.
PRI-SAFETY solenoid valve was held in the latched position without power until receiving a signal from the control panel. When released, the latching solenoid opened the cylinder valve and extinguishing agent was discharged into the system. The latching solenoid was also designed with an emergency release button to manually depress the cylinder valve if needed. In order to reset the system, the solenoid was manually returned to the latched position.
