Products Description
The dry chemical powder skid system rely on the dynamic of nitrogen.The nitrogen offers pressure for powder tank to drive powder extinguishing agent.
Powder was transported to powder monitors or powder guns by pipes. This system is applicable to fire of solid, oil, gas and electric equipment.
Working Principle
The equipment was filled with powder extinguishing agent, which is a dry and flowable chemical powder.
Nitrogen cylinder group provide power to release pressure into powder tank. Powder was sprayed out by the pressure of nitrogen. The powder can put out fire by physical and chemical action after contact and mix with fire.
When a fire happens, open the bottle valve to provide pressure for powder tank to drive the powder. Powder was transported to powder monitors or powder guns by pipes.

Model PRI-DP-CPB dry powder system control box is an indispensable part for the dry powder system.
This control box controls the system in manual and automatic mode. It controls the starting of each zone and controls the open/close of the electric valves at powder outlet.
At the same time, it shows the operation conditions of each zone and the open/close conditions of the electric valves.
There will be 24V DC power supply for the control box can support it even when there is no power supply. |
