6L Wet Chemical Fire Extinguisher with CE in carbon steel cylinder
There are different kinds of wet chemical fire extinguisher. To materials, one is stainless steel wet chemical fire extinguisher, another one is steel wet chemical fire extinguisher. It is the new type on the fire extinguisher scene, developed specifically for use on cooking fires. It can apply to Class A fires, and specially for Class F (Class K) fires.
Wet chemical extinguishers work by saponification (creating a soapy layer across the entire surface of the oil), smothering the flames and cooling the oil at the same time. One 6 liter wet chemical fire extinguisher is sufficient to contain a 75 liter fat fire burning at a blistering 340 degrees.
For steel wet chemical fire extinguisher
One is cheap quality type, it is without plastic base and spring tube pressure gauge; the other is high quality, it is with plastic base and diaphragm pressure gauge.

Operations Instructions
1. Before attempting to fight a fire with a fire extinguisher it is important to firstly check that the extinguisher is fully charged (Fig. 1) and that the safety pin has not been bent (Fig. 2)
2. Turn of the heat source if it is safe to do so
3. Ensure you remain a safe distance from the fire and remove the safety pin (Fig.3) this will break the tamper seal
4. Hold the lance at arm's length, well above the fire with its nozzle at least 1 meter away from the fire.
5. Squeeze the lever slowly to begin discharging the extinguisher
6. Apply the fine spray in slow circular movements, this allows the wet chemical agent to fall gently onto the surface of the fire and helps to prevent hot oils splashing on to the user.
7. Discharge the entire contents of the extinguisher to ensure that all the fire has been extinguished, the wet chemical formula helps to prevent re-ignition
