High Performance FK5112 Total Flooding Fire System

The FK5112 /Novec1230 total flooding fire suppression system is a new-generation ultra-eco-friendly clean agent fire extinguishing equipment, with perfluorohexanone as the core agent. It features comprehensive advantages of "low toxicity, no residue, and rapid fire extinguishing", and leads the world in environmental indicators.

Adopting a total flooding design, the system can fill the protected area within 10 seconds and extinguish Class A, B, C, and electrical fires through dual mechanisms of chemical inhibition and physical cooling. The agent is non-conductive and non-corrosive to equipment, leaving no residue after fire extinguishing and requiring no cleaning. Meanwhile, its low toxicity makes it suitable for enclosed spaces with personnel working.

This system supports multi-cylinder bank combination, equipped with intelligent dual smoke and heat detection + audible and visual alarm devices, and can be customized for the volume of the protected area. It is applicable to high-end scenarios with strict requirements for environmental protection and equipment protection.

Detection & Alarm: When the dual smoke and heat detectors in the protected area are triggered, the system activates the audible-visual alarm and cuts off the non-fire-fighting power supply synchronously.
Delayed Activation: After an adjustable delay (0~30 seconds, facilitating personnel evacuation), the driving device (nitrogen gas) operates to open the cylinder valves.

Agent Discharge: The FK5112 agent is discharged in a gas-liquid mixed state through pipes and nozzles, filling the protected area in a total flooding mode.

Dual-Mode Fire Suppression: The fire is suppressed via chemical inhibition of the combustion chain reaction and physical cooling. The agent remains in the area for at least 10 minutes to prevent re-ignition.
