Working Principle

When a fire occurs in a protected area, it is quickly detected by the sensors the cooker appliance hood. The detectors trigger the automatic releasing mechanism which actuates the system - pressuring the agent storage tank and automatically shutting off the appliance energy.
There are Two reliable ways to set the system in motion:
This is the system's primary function. If a fire ignites and the heat causes the fusible link Detector to melt, the system will trigger on its own, even in an empty kitchen.
For situations where someone spots a fire first, a Manual pull station is provided. A person can activate the system immediately by pulling this lever, which mechanically triggers the Control Head Valve just like the automatic detector would.
