Working Principle of FK-5-1-12 Total Flooding Fire Suppression System
The FK-5-1-12 Total Flooding Fire Suppression System is designed to detect, suppress, and extinguish fires quickly while minimizing damage to valuable equipment and assets. The system combines advanced fire detection technology with a clean agent extinguishing system to provide fully automatic fire protection.
When smoke or heat detectors identify the early signs of a fire, they immediately transmit signals to the fire alarm and extinguishing control panel. After confirming the fire condition, the control panel activates audible and visual alarms to warn occupants and initiates a pre-set discharge delay, allowing personnel sufficient time to evacuate the protected area.
Once the delay period has expired, the control panel sends an electrical signal to the release actuator, opening the cylinder valve.
