Function And Operation Principle Of Gas Fire Extinguishing System

1. Automatic control: When the control mode selection key on the automatic fire alarm gas fire extinguishing controller is set to the " automatic" position, the fire extinguishing system is in an automatic control state. When a fire occurs in the protected area, the fire detector sends out a fire signal, the alarm fire extinguishing controller sends out sound and light signals, simultaneously sends out a linkage command to close the interlocking equipment, sends out a fire extinguishing command after a period of delay, opens the starting valve to release the starting gas, and opens the corresponding selection valve and container valve ( bottle head valve ) through the starting pipeline to release the extinguishing agent and extinguish the fire.
2. Electrical Manual Control: When the control mode selection key on the automatic fire alarm gas fire extinguishing controller is set to the " Manual" position, the fire extinguishing system is under manual control. When a fire breaks out in the protected area, the fire extinguishing system can be started according to the prescribed procedures by pressing the start button on the manual control box or controller to put out the fire. In the automatic control state, the electric manual control can still be realized.
3. Mechanical emergency manual operation: When a fire occurs in a protected area and the controller cannot issue a fire-fighting instruction, it shall notify relevant personnel to evacuate the site, close the linkage equipment, then pull out the manual safety clip of the start valve on the corresponding start bottle group, press down the handle to open the start valve and release the start gas, and then open the selection valve, container valve ( bottle head valve ) and fire extinguishing agent to put out the fire. When the solenoid valve is repaired or the pressure of the starting gas in the starting cylinder is not enough to work in this case, the century star introduced that the selection valve handle corresponding to the fire extinguishing area should be opened first, the pressure arm should be opened, the selection valve should be opened, and then the manual handle on the container valve ( bottle head valve ) in this area should be opened to open the container valve ( bottle head valve ) to release the fire extinguishing agent and put out the fire.
4. When a fire alarm is issued: if an abnormal situation is found within the delay time and the fire extinguishing system does not need to be started, the emergency stop button on the manual control box or the automatic fire alarm gas fire extinguishing controller can be pressed to prevent the controller from issuing fire extinguishing instructions.
